The Ideal Diet is a practiced habit.
You have to wake up each morning and want to achieve something wonderful for yourself. You have to want it to really appreciate it as it slowly builds. That's how I feel about eating salad everyday.
I think salad is amazing but I always want to doctor mine up to the maximum or have a sandwich with lots of lettuce instead. There are days when I don't get in as many fresh and raw vegetables as I could and for those reasons I add small supplements to my diet. One of the most important being chlorophyll.
